For those of you wondering why in Cher’s name I’m wearing layers on an obviously clear, sunny day.  Well it’s Seattle – “you never know what you’re gonna get” know matter the season – and literally 3 minutes prior to snapping these photos the sun was well hidden behind looming gray clouds, until after I prayed that the Lord bless this day with sun, then of course the sun came and I was hot as ever.  The things I do for you guys!

Anywho, these fierce fuchsia skinned sandals have been in hibernation for some time now.  I purchased them a few years ago at a consignment shop and almost forgot about them.  But now’s the time to release them, so you may see me rocking them repeatedly in future posts – I’m just saying.  I particularly enjoy playing with the bright color trend with my shoes.  I love loud colors on my feet, so when color blocking that’s where I start.  Try this at home with either a muted outfit and vibrant shoes or a bright dress or top accented with a bright shoe in a different color!

Side note, I was rummaging through my mums treasure chest of her old things and uncovered these vintage Versace sunnies from the 90's.  My mum lovveess her shades so it was a struggle trying to convince her to part with these, luckily we came to a "borrowing" agreement, meaning they will be in my possession until she realizes she wants them, which is very unlikely.  Score!!

Alritey, have a lovely Wednesday.  Hope those vision boards are popping off nicely! xox

Vs of the Day – Deuteronomy 8:2
“Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands.  He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord...”
