The incandescent Nyasha Matonhodze for Russh Magazine August 2011. This may be seen as a considerably old issue seeing that everything in the scope of fashion is annoyingly ahead of the present time, but this spread was just too beautiful, I had to share. Not to mention how refreshing it is to have a glimpse of something resembling summer in the dead of fall.
The Zimbabwe native is taking the modeling scene by storm. Her look is so sweet it’s almost saccharine. She is a natural. It’s undeniable in her work. The fringy furs, knits and sequins could be mistaken as glamorous, but in this spread it’s anything but – it would appear it were her second skin. Bravo.
