She wants to start her New Year off with a bang, and what howls bang better than a 20’s inspired sequin flapper dress? This chica is all bark and even more bite. Her look is unusually chic, and no one pulls it off better than her. Expect heads to turn at the “clink, clink” sound of her heels.
